We ship all international orders by Standard shipping as the default option. If you require Express shipping via courier, please contact us before placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries; however, some locations may have restrictions on secondhand textiles. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and collect is available from our store, 449 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, during our opening hours, and it's free of charge. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification email from us.
