Vintage Kakishibu Dyed Cotton Sake Bag

 A vintage cotton sake bag called 'sakabukuro', dyed with kakishibu fermented persimmon juice and used in the process of making sake to strain fermented rice mash.

This cotton has a hard texture because of the persimmon tannin.
