A vintage indigo Kasuri weave cotton piece from the mid-20th century, originally part of a kimono.
Kasuri is a traditional Japanese weaving technique, similar to ikat, where the threads are resist-dyed before weaving to form soft, blurred-edge patterns.

This piece is ideal for making cushion covers, bags, incorporating into garments, or for craft projects such as sashiko stitching.
