Vintage Tsumugi Silk Kimono Fabric Sold By The Metre

A bolt of tsumugi silk fabric for women's kimono from the late 20th century. This fabric features round shaped chrysanthemums called 'kouringiku', which are based on the chrysanthemums of the famous artist Kourin Ogata from the Edo period. It has a slightly papery texture.

This roll is uncut, in great condition and available for purchase by the metre.
